Glenigan Update | Work has been suspended on 1,803 sites, involving £87billion of construction work, as housebuilders and major contractors pause their operations in the wake of the government’s lockdown measures. The private housing sector has seen the biggest impact, with almost a third of projects currently on site now suspended. This makes up 60% of all suspended UK construction sites.
