Tenders have been returned for the multi storey car park refurbishment scheme at Talbot Road/Cookson Street in Blackpool, Lancashire for Muse Developments. A contractor is in the process of being appointed for the £6.5 million scheme that is due to commence early February 2012. Works will be carried out for approximately 12 months and include repairs, alterations and refurbishment to ground and four upper levels and will deliver 658 spaces on completion. Consulting civil engineers for the scheme are Muir Associates and Ridge & Partners.
