Tenders have been invited for the main contract for 52-54 Lime Street the tower nicknamed The Scalpel. Bidders on the scheme include Sir Robert McAlpine, Mace, Lend Lease and Balfour Beatty. The scheme is not due to complete until Spring 2017, when tenant WR Berkeley will occupy some of the floors. Cushman & Wakefield are letting agents on the remaining vacant 400,000sqft of office space.
