Tenders are currently invited for the £25 million student accommodation scheme at Angel Lane, Stratford. The site at Great Eastern Road is being developed by Unite Group Plc and will comprise construction of building ranging from two to fourteen storeys to provide commercial space on the ground floor with 699 single study bedrooms and 60 studio apartments taking the upper floors. Design by Building Design Partnership have designed the scheme and Tower 8 are running the tender which is scheduled to return on the 24th June 2013.
