Tenders invited for housing refurbishment contract

Tenders have been invited for day-to-day responsive repairs, voids refurbishment and installation works contract for London Borough of Havering. Faithorn Farrell Timms LLP is the consultant appointed to oversee procurement process for the scheme which will deliver the works in two lots. Anticipated value range is between £35 million and £39 million for the contract intended to run for an initial period of five years, with the opportunity for the Council to extend the contract for a further two years at its sole discretion.
