Derwent London Plc is currently inviting tenders for an office block on Chancery Lane in London. Tenders are due to be returned on 27th July 2012.
Work for the £30 million development will include the demolition and redevelopment of 40-45 Chancery Lane and 2-3 Cursitor Street and the refurbishment of 20-21 Tooks Court to be used as office throughout with the exception of the ground floor and basement unit fronting Chancery Lane to be used as shops and restaurant.
Work is expected to start late August 2012.
