Tenders invited for 300 affordable homes

Tenders have been invited for a design and construction contract for Glasgow Housing Association. The contract will provide approximately 300 new build affordable housing units on three brownfield sites in the North area of Glasgow and is likely to include a mix of 2 and 3 storey properties comprising houses and flats with the estimated total value of £30 million. Tenders are due to be returned on the 17th May 2013 for the 24 month contract. The client will appoint a design team to develop the scheme design to RIBA plan of work stage D.
