Tenders invited for £150m development

Tenders have been invited for the first phase of a £150 million mixed-use development at Bow Enterprise Park. Workspace Group has obtained a planning consent for a total of 557 apartments and up to 6,700 sqm of new commercial space. Peabody Group has been appointed to develop the first phase which will provide 267 apartments and 1,300 sqm commercial space. The tender return date is the 29th January 2013 with construction expected to be completed in early 2015. It is anticipated that the second phase of the redevelopment will commence in 2014.
