Plans approved for anaerobic digestion plant
Detailed plans have now been approved for the anaerobic digestion plant proposed for Bowley Court Farm, Hope under Dinmore in Leominster for C M Mercier. Works are expected to commence on the £2 million scheme during Spring 2014 and be carried out over a period of 4/5 months.
Tender invited for £40m energy from waste facility
Hitachi Zozen Inova Ltd are currently seeking contractors to tender for a £40 million energy from waste facility at the Rivenhall Site, Coggesshall Road in Braintree, Essex. Tenders are due to be returned on 31st January 2014.
Plans submitted for petrol station
BP Oil UK Ltd has submitted a planning application for the redevelopment of the Egerton Park Service Station in Melton Mowbray. The £1 million scheme has been designed by Brian Barber Associates and will feature an M&S Simply Food store.
Plans submitted for £11m project
University of Cambridge has submitted a planning application for Phase 1 Lot 1 of its North West Cambridge development. The £11 million scheme has been designed by Wilkinson Eyre Architects Ltd and mole Architects, and will include a supermarket of 2,000 sqm, a retail unit, 117 key worker flats, heath centre, police office and heating energy centre.
