Igloo Regeneration (Gp) Ltd has had outline plans approved for the construction of a mixed use development at Marshall's Mill, Water Lane in Leeds. Work for the £18 million scheme will include a hotel, residential units, retail, leisure and business facilities. Work is expected to start on site in December 2012.
