The company has formed a joint venture with Olympian Homes to construct two towers of 20 and 16 storeys in height. Aecom will call on the expertise of its New York-based construction arm Aecom Tishman to deliver the project, which is located on Portugal Street close to the Manchester’s Piccadilly station. Four win place on £160m housing framework Four firms have scooped a place on Aberdeenshire Council’s £160m Social Housing Improvement Framework. Bancon Construction, Everwarm (part of Lakehouse group), Kier Construction Scotland and Mitie have been appointed to the four-year framework.
