Demand for digital creates significant data centre construction opportunities

The sale of Kier's housing division, Kier Living, has been agreed at a value of £110 million. The sale to the newly formed company Foster BidCo is conditional on Kier shareholders’ approval at their General Meeting scheduled for early next month.

Foster BidCo have paid a £40 million deposit, which is largely non-refundable and will be held in escrow until the transaction completes reported Construction News last Friday.
