Expressions of Interest Invited for £300k refurb

Expressions of interest are currently being invited by Highland Council and a £295,000 refurbishment contract at Former Children's Home, Alness to Homeless Units following recent fire damage. 

The works include extensive stripping out of smoke damaged plasterboard wall and ceiling finishes. In association with the reinstatement works certain alterations will be carried out to create self contained residential units, all within the existing building footprint. 

All building services will require to be stripped out and renewed and the complete building redecorated internally and externally. Repairs, upgrade and alterations to external works will also form part of the project.
