Expressions of interest are currently being invited for the provision of a lead architectural consultancy services (and full design team) by client CALBYN (part of Albyn Housing Group). The design team will work through to stage C, with an option to extend to stage D and E and a further option to extend to stage L. The contract is for the construction of a 120 bedroom Enterprise Hotel which will provide learning and training opportunities for disadvantaged young people to be built at Inverness Campus. The contract is due to start 7th June, 2013 and complete 31st July, 2017. The construction value is £14 million.
