Contractors sought for Heathrow framework

Heathrow Airport is inviting contractors to express their interest in the 36-month retail and property small works framework. The contract will cover retail concessions with shell and core adaptations with the estimated value range between £12 million and £15 million. Applications to tender can be uploaded via the Tendersmart Portal by 7th May 2013 with the Industry day scheduled for 17th June 2013. The contract is expected to commence by the end of 2013.
