Contractors Sought for Environmental Improvements

A framework agreement is to be set up for environmental improvements throughout Cwmbran in Gwent for Bron Afon Community Housing. Works will commence from Autumn 2012 and be carried out over four years and the £10 million scheme will include environmental improvement programme framework for the repairs, maintenance and construction works to hard and soft landscapes, fences, boundaries, roadways, footpaths and creation areas including burn and rural regeneration projects and preparation for development works. 

Regeneration and general upgrading of community spaces, land and buildings and to property boundaries and external spaces including new pathways, ramps and steps, alteration and relaying car parking facilities, hard and soft landscaping, new fencing, handrails and balustrading, drainage and statutory service works and signage.
