Contractors sought for £45m maintenance contract

RCT Homes is currently inviting applications to tender for a maintenance framework 2013-2017.

Time limit for receipt of requests for documents or for accessing documents is 23rd October 2012 with tenders expected to be invited 30th October 2012.

Work for the £45 million contract will include:

• Lot No: 1 - Aids & Adaptations,
• Lot No: 2 - Domestic Gas Install,
• Lot No: 3 - Commercial Gas Service and Breakdown,
• Lot No: 4 - Compliancy,
• Lot No: 5 - Clean & Clear,
• Lot No: 6 - Drainage,
• Lot No: 7 - Responsive Repair & Voids,
• Lot No: 8 - Internal Works,
• Lot No: 9 - Windows & Doors,
• Lot No: 10 - Roofing,
• Lot No: 11 - External Works,
• Lot No: 12 - Security Alarms for void properties and
• Lot No: 13 - Materials - Kitchens/bathrooms/fans/ventilation/electrical etc.
