Tolent Construction have secured the £8 million contract for the multi storey car park at Cookson Street/Talbot Street in Blackpool.
The works, for Blackpool Council and Muse Developments will be on the ground and four upper levels will deliver 658 spaces on completion.
Works are expected to commence November 2012 and be on site for approximately 14 months.
