Leadbitter Construction has been awarded the design and build contract for the construction of the Kensington Academy and Leisure Centre on the Lancaster West Estate in London. The £40 million scheme has been designed by Studio E Architects Ltd and a planning application will be submitted May 2012, with works due to start on site in October.
