Wates leaps Balfour on Salmon Harvester’s £35m Bristol office

Wates has won the £35m main contract to build out Salmon Harvester's seven-storey speculative office development in Bristol. Balfour Beatty had been carrying out pre-construction work including ground works to create a basement car park and a new ground floor slab. Salmon Harvester – a £150m joint venture between NFU Mutual and Salmon Harvester Properties – was set up in 2007 to acquire and manage commercial investments around the country.
