Tenders invited for energy efficiency framework

London Borough of Lewisham has invited shortlisted contractors to tender for the £10 million Energy Efficiency Installations Framework. The Agreement will be a single provider framework and once it has been set up and a contractor appointed, other Local Authorities in the South East London and any Registered Social Landlords with housing stock in the sub-region will be able to access the framework. Tenders are to be returned on the 14th June 2013 and the contract is expected to commence later this year.
