Contractors awarded £38.5m housing contract

Lovell, Wates and Grantham have been awarded the new build residential developments within North Lanarkshire under a framework agreement for North Lanarkshire Council. Between 250 and 350 social houses will be constructed on various sites under the £38.5 million contract which commenced on the 5th March 2013. Work is scheduled for completion in 2017.
