Contractor Awarded Measured Term Contract

Renfrewshire Council has appointed a back-up painting a decorating contractor Seddon Property Services to work with their in-house Building Services Division and also the Education and Public Buildings Repairs Team.

The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive range of painting and decorating services in both domestic properties and public buildings.

The contract period will be 12 months with the Council having the option to extend for a further 6 months. This will be a short term contract as Renfrewshire Council anticipate that this work will be included within a Minor Works Framework Contract within the next 18 months.

The Measured Term Contract will include a three month termination clause should the Minor Works Framework Contract become available at an earlier date.
