Tenders to be invited for housing framework

Applications to tender have now been returned to Hounslow Homes Ltd, an Arm's Length Management Organisation of London Borough of Hounslow for Housing Building Construction Work. The contract which will include large and small new build developments and is anticipated to run for an initial term of five years with possible extension for a further period of five years. Tenders for the £50 million contract are expected to be invited mid-July 2013 with work scheduled to commence on the 1st April 2014.
