Tenders returned for housing refurbishment

Tenders have been returned for Sovereign Housing Association's housing refurbishment framework to provide kitchens and bathrooms refurbishments in various properties throughout the South and South-West of England. A core requirement for the preferred contractor is the ability to deliver a consistent, high quality refurbishment service to an agreed programme, with a focus on improving efficiencies, reducing costs, increasing long term customer satisfaction, and achieving sustainable design and management solutions that will minimise, as far as is practicable, the whole life cost implications upon the clients' maintenance and housing management budgets. The contract with the value range between £21 million and £42 million is anticipated to commence during late 2013 and complete in 2017.
