Sub-contractors sought for £10m housing framework

Applications to tender are currently being invited for a sub-contractors framework to provide building maintenance services to domestic property portfolio to support the Caerphilly County Borough Council's internal workforce to deliver the Welsh Housing Quality Standard programme.

The framework agreement is to be divided into eleven lots totaling £10 million. Initial contract duration is 36 months with an option for a 12 months extension. The time limit for requests to participate is 21st December 2012.

It is anticipated that the invitation to tender will be sent out on 21st January 2013 with expected deadline on 1st March 2013.
