Morgan Sindall will be main contractor on Muse Development's £135m regeneration scheme across three sites in Brixton town centre, for Lambeth Council.
An application has now been submitted for development consent to the Planning Inspectorate for the Navitus Bay Offshore Wind Farm proposal.
The deadline to accept or not accept the application is May 8th 2014. Joint developers, Eneco Wind and EDF Energy plan for 194 wind turbines with the capacity up to 0.9 GW (900 MW) to be situated in Zone 3, west of the Isle of Wight in the English Channel.

Planning permission has been granted in principal by Angus Council for the onshore infrastructure required for a proposed wind farm.
The joint venture between Fluor and SSE is for phase one to connect the wind farms known as Seagreen Alpha and Seagrean Bravo. These will be situated within the northern element of Zone Two of the Firth of Forth off the coast of Kirkcaldy.
It will include 19km of underground cables to transmit power from a landfall location at South Carnoustie on the Angus Coast to the existing electricity substation at Tealing, North of Dundee. The plans also include a new substation at Tealing to allow over 1 Gigawatt of power to connect to the National Grid system.
