Pre-Qualification questionnaires returned

Pre-Qualification questionnaires have been returned for the gas servicing framework for Dacorum Borough Council. The contract is anticipated to cost between £22 and £42 million and is expected to provide maintenance and replacement services of domestic heating installations of council housing stock. Tenders will be invited during spring with framework award scheduled for late 2013. The contract term will be for an initial period of 5.5 years, extendable up to a maximum of 10.5 years, subject to performance and the delivery of services in accordance with the overall asset management strategy.
