The Heysham to M6 link road proposal has been subject to a legal challenge. The court case has now been heard and a judicial review taken place for the £123.3 million scheme. The Judge's decision is expected late in September/early October 2013. The project, for Lancashire County Council is expected to then get underway during November 2013 and take 36 months to complete. Costain are the contractors for the scheme.
