Royal Borough of Kingston-Upon-Thames is inviting expressions of interest for a long-term partnering arrangement for the delivery of a programme of repairs and maintenance, gas servicing and repairs, voids repairs and planned maintenance works to its residential housing stock. The estimated annual value of works is £9 million per annum excluding VAT. The total estimated annual value of the contract will be up to £90 million over a potential 10 year contract period. Savills are the consultants running procurement process. The closing date for applications to tender is the 30th April 2013.
