The £5 million development at The Derwent Centre, Princess Alexandra Hospital will see the construction of a new shell and core extension (1,325 sq. m) with fit out of all 3 floors. Refurbishment of several wards total area 2,502 sq. m, including installation of new boiler system. Works are due to commence in September, 2012.
