Contractor Appointed £2.9m Framework

Slough Borough Council has appointed Lakehouse Contracts for a £2.9 million framework. The contract is for internal investment improvements to meet the decent homes standard. The work will involve refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms, boilers, full central heating, partial and full electrical reviews, flooring, internal doors, redecoration, plasterwork and damp treatment, asbestos removal, removal of hot water tanks/cylinders and connections to direct mains fed systems, removal of back boilers and gas fires (including reinstatement).
