Building contractors F M Conway Ltd from Dartford have been awarded a £9.3m development for Dover Harbour Board.
The contract at Terminal 1, Western Docks in Dover will comprise Refurbishment of a glazed roof (former railway terminal building), which is currently being used as a Cruise Terminal facility.
Works include complete reglazing of roof, replacement of elements of structural steelwork, redecoration of painted surfaces and limited masonry repairs. Works are expected to start during June, 2013 and take 18 months to complete.
