Kier beats Wates to win PSBP contract for Nottinghamshire priority schools

Exclusive: The Education Funding Agency has selected Kier for the Nottinghamshire batch of priority schools, Construction News understands.

The contractor has beaten Wates to the batch of six schools in Nottinghamshire, which is the 16th batch of capitally funded schools under the Priority School Building Programme.

Wilmott Dixon win £19m contract for University of Birmingham School

Willmott Dixon has been appointed under a £19m deal to build a University training school in Birmingham.

The University of Birmingham School is being built for the University of Birmingham on Weoley Park Road in Selly Oak and will accommodate 750 pupils aged between 11-16, with a further 400 places in the sixth form.
