    We’re bringing our teams together as one team as part of Hubexo, which represents our group of brands across the globe. As part of this alignment, our colleagues’ personal email addresses are moving from @glenigan.com to @hubexo.com.
  2. What exactly is changing?
    Only the individual email addresses of our Glenigan colleagues are changing—for example:
    firstname.lastname@glenigan.com → firstname.lastname@hubexo.com
  3. What’s staying the same?
    Everything else. There is no change to:
  • Shared inboxes (e.g. marketing@glenigan.com, or support@glenigan.com)
  • Product update or support emails
  • Our operations, teams, or how we work with you
  • The Glenigan brand, our products, and the services we deliver

It’s still the same Glenigan – the same people, same expertise, and the same commitment to your success.

  1. Will emails to @glenigan.com still work?
    Yes, any emails you send to @glenigan.com addresses will continue to reach us. You won’t experience any disruption.

However, we encourage you to start using our new @hubexo.com addresses where possible. It helps ensure a smoother transition and reflects our alignment under the Hubexo brand.

And don’t worry, your trusted Glenigan contacts and support remain exactly the same.

    You don’t need to take any immediate action. However, to ensure our emails land in your inbox without issues, we recommend adding @hubexo.com to your email safe sender list.
  2. Will this affect how I access your services or platforms?
    No. This change only affects our email addresses. All services, platforms, logins, and URLs remain exactly the same.
  3. Who is Hubexo?
    Hubexo is the new name for our company, and brings together brands like Glenigan, NBS, CIS, and many more across the global construction sector. While we now share a new identity, Glenigan products and services remain focused on delivering the expertise and tools you know and trust.
  4. What’s happening to the Glenigan brand?
    The Glenigan brand is not going anywhere.
    We’re proud of the trust and reputation the Glenigan name has built, and it will continue to be used across our products, services, and communications.
