The Head of New Sales role is responsible for managing the sales team to drive the targeted new sales billings. In this role you will lead a team of Business Development Managers with a focus on pipeline management, coaching, activity and selling to value. Most of your time will be spent with the team to drive high performance and a high energy culture. You will also need to be confident to make the right decisions to support business growth.
