Vent-Axia is a heating, ventilation and air conditioning company based in Crawley, West Sussex. The company has been established for over 70 years and has been using Glenigan since 1993.
Vent-Axia uses Glenigan to source project leads for three marketing teams and a 42-strong sales team. The project search facility enables staff to narrow projects by sector, location and stage so they can dedicate their time to the most relevant leads. Vent-Axia will soon be introducing a CRM system which will integrate seamlessly with Glenigan data, enabling the company to monitor which regions and sectors are generating the most revenue. The team also use Glenigan forecasting and market analysis to understand which areas are most lucrative. “Glenigan forecasts allow us to reduce risk and focus our efforts on the most profitable regions and sectors. The custom statistics are very useful at determining where we should focus our efforts.”
